Responsibilities
Connecting with individuals and families in Bethlehem to understand their unique protection needs.
Crafting insurance solutions that offer real security and peace of mind for our clients.
Conducting policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage as their lives evolve.
Networking within the local community to build meaningful, lasting relationships.
Maintaining accurate records and handling all policy paperwork with care and attention to detail.
Participating in regular check-ins with our team to share insights and refine our approach to service.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrable history of successfully managing a sales pipeline.
Clear and articulate verbal communication style.
Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and follow-ups effectively.
