As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and experience handling dental administrative tasks. Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred. Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description * Scheduling & Follow-ups: Proactively scheduling treatments and following up on pending or overdue appointments. * Patient Education & Support: Explaining treatment options, answering questions, and reducing patient anxiety. Salary Range full-time $20 - $22 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Working Hours: Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Two to three Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Requirements Bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.
