Work authorization required.What You'll DoStewards maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and service ware, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment; properly store all items after washingMaintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spacesWash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and proceduresManage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration unitsSafely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measuresAnd more!What To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
