Join our Senior Primary Care Office in West Saint Lucie County , Florida.
Conviva Senior Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our growing team in this established office. Grow with us as we expand our reach to help more Seniors live better, healthier lives.
You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.

- Guaranteed base salary + 20% bi-annual quality incentive, for total compensation up to $300,000+
