This remote position allows you to engage with clients from home, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver high-quality therapy. We emphasize a balanced work schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally informed mental health assessments to fully understand each client's unique experiences and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies that respect individual backgrounds and preferences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Document all clinical encounters and maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency workshops.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
