Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical/Neuro night shift position requiring TN or compact RN licensure and at least 2 years of specialty experience.

Details

• Work on the 3rd Floor Medical Surgical unit
• Medical surgical and neurology patient population
• Night shift schedule from 7:00PM to 7:00AM

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Medical Surgical/Neuro
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates)

Additional Information

• Provide medical surgical and neurological nursing care on a busy inpatient unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
