What You Will Do

• Utilize our proprietary platform combined with your existing network to find prospective healthcare candidates
• Initiate contact with candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interests
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Maintain engagement with leads to nurture interest and assist them throughout the hiring process
• Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
