A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CASHIER / FOOD RUNNER

As a Cashier / Food Runner, you are an essential part of the success of our restaurant. You show up on time each day to your shift ready to be on the front line with our guests leaving a lasting impression. As soon as someone enters the restaurant, you cheerfully greet them. Your upbeat, positive attitude comes through in all of your interactions and helps you to ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service.

You take orders via a touch screen register and accurately and efficiently process transactions and handle cash. For each order, you check for accuracy and portion control. You assist our customers by answering any questions they may have. If challenging situations arise, you are sure to address them with exceptional customer service and communicate issues to management.

You also maintain a clean and well-stocked work area. This includes cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, tables, chairs, counters, and equipment. You enjoy working as part of a great team and accept new tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn. QUALIFICATIONS

• Availability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to stand for extended periods of time as well as move and lift boxes

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule varies during our hours of operation. We open at 11 am and close between 8 pm and 10 pm depending on location.
