Job Title: AWM – Operations – Ayco Ops Insurance Services Analyst Location: Cohoes, NY (Onsite) Address: 100 Coliseum Drive, Cohoes, NY 12047 Pay Rate: $26/hour Contract Duration: 6 Months About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join the Ayco Operations Insurance Services team. This role supports financial counseling and insurance operations for high-net-worth individuals, executives, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while working across multiple systems and business partners. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review new insurance applications and related documentation. Coordinate with third-party insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely implementation. Process operational tasks and support day-to-day insurance service activities. Conduct quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance. Work across multiple systems and platforms to manage and track requests. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues. Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Identify unusual or suspicious activities and elevate concerns appropriately. Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, information security standards, and client service expectations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
