Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Responsibilities

• Build Supio’s core full-stack application used by customers in legal workflows.
• Develop agentic platform capabilities for voice calling and transcription, medical and financial records extraction, and legal document drafting.
• Build the agent runtime, including prompt and tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost and performance optimization.
• Ship production features and the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring needed for accuracy and observability at scale.
• Shape the platform’s architecture and technical direction with end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated full-stack depth across React and TypeScript frontends, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Strong product sense and experience building customer-facing products from user needs.
• Fluency with coding agents in daily development work.
• Experience operating with autonomy at startup pace and in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to meet in-office or hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco.
• Preferred: hands-on experience building and shipping applied AI/LLM systems and prior experience at AI-native companies.
• Formal ML background is optional.
