Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial integration of an acquired entity. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as performing analytics and providing actual-to-budget variance explanations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts to support integration efforts.
• Performing financial analytics and delivering clear actual-to-budget variance explanations.
• Reviewing and evaluating financial and non-financial datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
• Supporting financial budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Managing competing priorities while adhering to established deadlines.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or closely related role.
• Full proficiency in Excel, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUM, and IF statements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and processes.
• Strong attention to detail with proven experience reviewing and evaluating financial and non-financial datasets.
• Strong data management skills.
• Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience within the health insurance industry.
