Clinical Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced California Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is confident and proficient in:

• Assisting during restorative, crown and bridge, oral surgery, implant, and hygiene procedures.
• Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
• Taking alginate and digital impressions.
• Digital scanning using an intraoral scanner.
• Fabricating quality temporary crowns.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining OSHA and infection control standards.
• Sterilization and instrument management.
• Patient education and post-operative instructions.
• Assisting with clear aligner therapy.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Anticipating the doctor's needs and helping appointments run efficiently.
• Working independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with implant dentistry.
• Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology.
• Experience with sedation dentistry.
• Experience with comprehensive treatment planning.

Qualifications:

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire team.
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
