Seeking a Workplace & Facilities Manager to oversee daily workplace operations and deliver an exceptional employee and client experience. This role is responsible for managing office services, facilities, hospitality, vendor relationships, workplace projects, and team performance in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Salary: $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workplace operations including facilities, mail, hospitality, and vendor services
• Manage office moves, space planning, and workplace improvement projects
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality
• Hire, train, and coach team members to ensure service excellence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace initiatives and issue resolution
• Drive operational efficiencies, process improvements, and quality standards

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or office services
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
