Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Director at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas✨ AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $90,000/annually; can increase based on education and experience What you will do: Clinical Director and play a vital role in supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of youth in a secure residential setting. As a key member of the Site Management and Treatment Committees, you will provide clinical leadership by overseeing mental health services, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the development and implementation of quality treatment plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students' behavioral and mental health needs, monitor youth receiving psychotropic medications, and provide guidance on therapeutic interventions that promote positive outcomes. This position is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinical leader dedicated to helping youth achieve lasting success. To be considered you should: Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW ~ Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field ~ Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
