Blue Elephant, Ardmore's newest restaurant, is seeking a General Manager to lead our team.
We are a part of WIN Hospitality; a multi-concept group of 8 independent restaurants based in the Main Line. Our philosophy is simple: we hire great people with creativity, passion and the drive to be the best. The WIN Hospitality family aspires to develop talent and promote from within.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service, top-tier food quality, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and P&L statements to meet or exceed goals.
- Implement and uphold company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Guest Experience:
- Elevate the guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and passion for excellence.
- Create opportunities for staff development and promote from within whenever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fine-dining / upscale dining restaurant environment.
- A proven track record of managing operations, driving profitability, and leading teams to success.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and thrive under pressure.
