Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) plus one weekday shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 or Level 4 NICU setting
• Work a rotating schedule that includes every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) plus one weekday shift per week
• Float to other departments and sister campus NICU units as needed within the local area
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including timely completion of onboarding documentation, lab work, and license verification
• Participate in holiday coverage as required by the facility
• Administer medications and complete facility-required medication competency testing

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in hand at time of submission — no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience required
• Level 3 or Level 4 NICU experience required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• Willingness and ability to float to sister campus NICU locations as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• BSN preferred, though not required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
