Applebee’s is a premier brand within the group. Job Description As an Applebee's Server, you will provide guests with a friendly and welcoming experience. You will make recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and deliver food and beverage service throughout the shift. You must be at least 18 years old, communicate effectively, and be committed to a team‑centered environment. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and create positive first and last impressions for guests. Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Follow company and safety procedures during all shifts. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years. Strong communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work for up to four hours of continuous standing/walking. Physical Standards Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively. Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings throughout the entire shift. Must frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
