Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic

Traveling Registered Nurse Gastroenterology

Schedule: 5-8 hours day shifts, Monday - Friday. No call. No weekends.

Assignment Details: Contract Weeks: 13 Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved nursing program
• Active State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing
• 2 years of specific GI RN experience
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date
• Previous RN Clinic/Ambulatory Care experience
• Bilingual - English/Spanish is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Adhere to best practices and compliance regulations in nursing care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
• Registration may take up to two weeks.
• Accurate personal information must be maintained in the system to avoid onboarding issues.
