Job Summary

We are located at 900 Cummings Center Beverly MA. As a Family Medicine office we provide physical examinations routine health screenings and preventative care for all ages from infants through adults.

We are seeking a Triage RN to support our Family Medicine practice. The schedule is 8:30 AM5:00 PM with one remote day per week available after the initial 90-day orientation period. The specific remote day will vary each week. The role is primarily telephone triage (approximately 90%) with some in-office nurse visits. The nurse will work alongside three other nurses.

Summary
-Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care assisting in procedures and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions
-Deliver direct patient care and support ensuring high nursing standards.
-Conduct patient assessments devise care plans and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and post-procedure care.
-Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
-Administer medications perform IV therapy and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
-Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Education
Associates Degree Nursing required

Bachelors Degree Nursing preferred

Registered Nurse Licensure required

Basic Life Support BLS Certification preferred

Experience

Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
