As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll be an integral member of a forward-thinking clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and service in a dynamic healthcare environment.Nurse Practitioner Essential Functions:ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescencePerform well-child visits, physical examinations, and developmental assessmentsDiagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and conditionsProvide preventive care, health education, and anticipatory guidanceOrder and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests and laboratory studiesPrescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plansEducate parents and caregivers regarding their child's health and wellnessMaintain accurate and timely patient documentationCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient careQualificationsCurrent Nurse Practitioner license in good standingPediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (PNP)Current national board certificationPrior pediatric primary care experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, professional, and family-focused approachAbility to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare teamWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for an NP who is experienced, dependable, caring, and passionate about working with children and families.
