Manufacturing Technician

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire
Duration: 12months
Location: Malabar, FL 32950 ( Onsite/2nd shift/3:30pm-2am/Mon-Thur)


As a Manufacturing Technician you will:

• Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the application and removal of masking materials on parts, assemblies, and components in accordance with established work instructions, engineering requirements, quality standards, and production schedules.
• This position performs a variety of masking and demasking functions to ensure product integrity throughout manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Experience in masking, demasking, finishing, assembly, or other related manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality standards, inspections, and process compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain productivity in a team setting.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20-22/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
