Night Auditor Marriott University of Dayton, Dayton, OH Description Do you enjoy guest interaction? Are you a numbers person? As a 3rd shift night auditor you will reconcile the day's receipts, run shift reports, balance the day's activities, and manage late-night check‑ins and early‑morning check‑outs. You will ensure guest safety by monitoring hotel activity and weather threats. You work semi‑independently while maintaining a friendly, responsible, and professional service mindset. Process credit‑card and other transactions for the day. Manage the phone system, transfer calls, and handle reservations. Verify, balance, and review room availability. Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures. Administer guest payment policies and correct day‑shift errors. Prepare folios for morning departing guests. Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set‑up if needed. Execute all hotel emergency procedures.
