Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications: Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses. Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement. Experience with online advertising (e.g., Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (e.g., TV, in person, etc.), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques, applied AI tools. Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.). Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.

As an Analytical Lead, you are a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies, using data-driven insights and Google AI to solve clients' growth issues and achieve their business goals. You will serve as the Google owner of clients' marketing measurement plans and a partner to Google's ad sales teams, who will work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers. You will have an analytical background with experience in consulting, marketing analytics, investment banking, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. You will be able to refine complex situations into a few insights. You will help clients modernize their marketing measurement for the AI era by adopting best practices. You are an expert in the intersection of incrementality, MMM, and attribution. You will use user behavior insights, customer segmentation, and Google internal data to devise marketing strategies that drive results.

Responsibilities Help finance advertisers navigate the shift to an AI first era of marketing, leveraging Google AI and ML solutions to articulate and quantify the value and impact of marketing investments. Act as an expert in helping prove the value of Google media via the triangulation of incrementality experiments, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), and attribution. Use predictive and statistical modeling techniques to solve issues, uncover opportunities and develop solutions for client business. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives. Travel up to 30% of the time as needed to work with clients or teams. Develop measurement plans in partnership with external client sponsorship, bringing the best of Google and specialist teams along for brilliant execution.
