You will manage inventory flow and operate machinery. This role offers a three-day weekend every week and a clear path to permanent hiring based on performance and attendance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts: Move heavy loads safely using sit-down or stand-up forklifts.Load and unload: Feed production lines and empty inbound freight trucks.Inventory control: Scan barcodes and log material locations into the system.Staging: Organize products on pallets for efficient shipping and storage.Safety compliance: Inspect equipment daily and maintain clean walkways.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–2 years of strong, continuous forklift operation.Certification: Valid forklift license or ability to pass internal testing.Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Schedule: Must commit to the full 10-hour Monday through Thursday schedule.#ZipSalisbury #INDSALISBURY
