- The Schedule: Monday - Friday clinic, with 1:3 call rotation ( second call only ); first call managed by 4 CNMs

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: $425,000 base salary + $150,000 sign-on bonus
- Performance: Up to $30,000 annual quality incentive bonus
