Job Description Abramson Labor Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Class Action Attorney to join our litigation team at our Burbank office. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a docket of active class action cases from inception to resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail. Conduct written discovery and deposition discovery to build strong cases. Communicate effectively with clients and potential clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process. Perform thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making. Work closely with other members of the Class Action Department to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in employment law class action litigation. Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code and its application in employment law cases. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
