Program Coordinator

Responsibilities Determine, coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels. Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff. Assist with performance evaluations. Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of resident services. Assess quality of services delivered and identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of care. Monitor resident care to promote optimal resident outcomes, satisfaction, cost efficiency and compliance. Coordinate and supervise, under the direction of the Administrator/Executive Director, the pre-admission/admission process to ensure facility census is maintained, placements are appropriate, and the process supports prospective residents and their family members. Coordinate assessment and service plan processes to identify residents’ abilities and needs, and implement service plans addressing strategies and interventions for all areas where the resident needs encouragement, assistance, or intervention. Immediately report all complaints, grievances or allegations of resident rights violations observed or made by residents, legal representatives, family members, visitors or other employees to the Administrator/Executive Director. Must have a valid CRMA certification and be willing to complete PSS training. Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR and Varicella. A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required.
