Work Schedule: Flexible hours are available! Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using Harmony Restaurants' core values.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest who visits our café.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service.
• Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations.
• Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly.
• Adhere to all brand safety and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Regular bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds).
• Frequent face-to-face interaction in a high-energy café setting.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor.
• Safely navigate and operate within a fast-paced environment.

We started by blending fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. And customers lined up for our tasty creations. Then in 1997, we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Guests now had a place to sit and relax while we made their favorite smoothies. Two years later, we added a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. We started as a destination for flavor, and it’s a proud heritage that we continue today.
