Coethia is building a new model for how health information is created, distributed, and trusted. We partner with clinicians, students, and creators across the country to produce credible health content and build systems that improve how evidence-based information spreads.

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive operations professional to own execution across Coethia's finance, HR, legal, and organizational workstreams. Our structures are in place -- what we need is someone who keeps everything running: tracking deadlines, coordinating with external partners, flagging issues early, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is available full-time or on a fractional basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our project management stack and build SOPs for recurring processes
• Manage relationships with our accountant, legal counsel, and benefits and payroll providers
• Own compliance calendars across tax, payroll, franchise, and grant reporting obligations
• Onboard new hires and contractors through our HR and payroll system
• Manage and triage documents, scheduling, and board prep
• Track action items and keep the team accountable to timelines

Ideal Candidate

• Background in operations, chief of staff, administrative, or coordinator roles at startups or mission-driven organizations
• Comfortable across finance, HR, legal, and technology without requiring specialist guidance
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a strong plus
• Exceptionally organized and reliable; someone who closes loops
