Overview Seeking a registered nurse for a year‑long Nurse Residency Program designed to develop clinical and critical thinking skills. The RN Resident will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while advocating for patients and families. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and consult with healthcare teams. Perform procedures, administer medications, and document care accurately. Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety and quality standards. Teach patients and families about medical conditions and treatments. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current RN license. BLS certification. ACLS certification within one year of program start. Training & Development Advanced clinical training and mentorship. Educational sessions and evidence-based projects. Key Skills Excellent communication. Clinical competence. Teamwork.
