Job Summary Senior Helpdesk Administrator (Technical Support)
- Provide advanced Tier II/Tier III technical support for end users in an enterprise IT environment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support and maintain desktop applications, web-based applications, and client/server systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office) and Intune.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP environments.
- Utilize PowerShell for scripting, automation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with IIS configuration, AWS SysOps infrastructure, and Palo Alto firewall support.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and escalation steps accurately.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with security, background, and clearance requirements.
- Work 100% on-site in Phoenix, AZ (no remote work available).
