Title
LTC LVN / LPN - Long Term Care

Schedule
- Shift: 4x12 or 3x12 Variable
- Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks

Assignment Details
- Duration: Traveler's choice - 13 or 26 weeks

Requirements
- Active LVN/LPN license in hand
- Minimum 1 year LTC experience
- Previous travel experience required
- BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
- Monitor vital signs and perform glucose checks.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with wound care and respiratory treatments.
- Communicate patient status changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care and treatment in the charting system.

Compliance / Notes
- All requested time off must be submitted with application.
- Must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
- Free parking available on-site.
- Scrub color: Any.
