What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Deliver high-quality patient care across assigned clinic locations supporting the military community
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team-based care in a multidisciplinary environment
• Follow infection control and clinical compliance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and performance standards
• Attend required training, team meetings, and quality/safety initiatives as directed

What You Need
Required

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school
• Minimum 1 year of recent family practice experience (within the last 2 years)
• Board certification in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice
• Current, unrestricted medical license
• DEA certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• U.S. citizenship
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred

• Experience working in military or federal healthcare settings
• Additional certifications in emergency medicine or specialized family practice areas
• Bilingual ability / additional language skills
• Experience teaching or supervising medical staff and students
• Ability to handle urgent/emergency situations effectively
