Caregiver (Full-Time)

Daytime opportunities are available throughout Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle, and surrounding areas—bring your heart, skills, and dedication to a team that truly appreciates the care you provide! Hourly Rate: Receive $23–$25 per hour based on your experience and certifications. Payment Schedule: Get your hard-earned pay every week, without the wait. Schedule Opportunities: Work flexible daytime hours of 4–8 hours, with weekend shifts also available. Who We’re Seeking: * A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients * CNA or HCA certification required * Prefer a high school degree or GED * One year or more of experience supporting older adults * Must be 18 years or older * Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts * Clear background check and drug test * Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats) How You’ll Change Lives: * Offer warm companionship and genuine connection through conversation and encouragement. * Support clients with personal care, meals, daily routines, and light household tasks. * Help keep each home safe, tidy, and welcoming. * Accompany clients to appointments, errands, activities, and community outings. * Deliver individualized care that promotes comfort, confidence, and independence.
