You will practice the full scope of your RVT, LVT or CVT credential every single day in a 24‑hour specialty and emergency environment that is equal parts science, skill and the occasional cat with very strong opinions about everything. Open Roles Surgery & Anesthesia Skillset Venipuncture, catheter placement, and sample collection Diagnostic imaging assistance and basic interpretation (radiographs, ultrasound support) Proficient in anesthesia and monitoring (vitals, depth assessment, adjustments) Medication calculation and administration (IV, IM, SQ, CRIs) Fluid therapy setup and maintenance Surgical prep, sterile technique, and instrument handling Patient monitoring (vitals, pain scoring, trend recognition) Nursing care for hospitalized patients (nutrition, wound care, hygiene) What you'll bring Registered/Provisional Veterinary Technician required 2+ years working in a veterinary clinic Emergency or Specialty experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long‑term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community we serve Reliable, organized, and committed to provide high level care to our patients and clients A craving for lifelong learning and continuous improvements Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected Honesty, integrity, and a desire to have fun!
