Field Sales Representative

Sales Representative Location: 355 Timber Road, Mooresville, North Carolina 28115 (TruGreen field sales). Overview As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative you will be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners through door‑to‑door outreach, understand their needs, and deliver custom lawn care solutions. Customize sales messaging for each household to match unique lawn care needs. Convert inquiries into sales using proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell services with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication, time‑management, and technology skills. Physically capable of walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds outdoors. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are key. Fluency in English, ability to work in the United States. Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Avg. weekly earnings $875‑$1,200 based on base and commissions.
