Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary caseloads
• Competency in teletherapy delivery platforms preferred
• Prior background in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Provide direct therapy and consultative interventions to support classroom integration
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Utilize teletherapy and in-person modalities for service delivery, as appropriate
