Branch Office Administrator (BOA) At Edward Jones, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) teams up with financial advisors to provide administrative support and help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our client support team, providing seamless support to clients, assisting with account management, and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions, resolving inquiries and maintaining client relationships. Manage account operations: opening, transferring, processing transactions, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Perform administrative and operational tasks: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, and streamlining processes with SOP updates. Utilize technology: learn and use MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software. Required Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Required Experience Proven client service experience with strong communication skills. Experience in administrative or operational support in a client-facing environment. Familiarity with financial services industry terminology or willingness to learn.
