$1593.65/week - Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Medical Surgical unit, providing dedicated patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence and adaptability to meet patient needs effectively. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical unit, ensuring safety and comfort. Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Monitor patient progress and document clinical information timely and accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Valid RN license and current healthcare provider BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying schedules. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
