Licensed Journeyman Plumber

Our techs make $80,000+ and our best clear $90,000. $1,000 signing bonus at 90 days. $1,500 if you also hold your backflow certification. Licensed journeyman tired of new construction and ready to run service calls with real upside? Keep reading. Service and repair only. No new construction, no remodels. Two-minute application, no resume needed. What you get Guaranteed base salary, paid weekly. Never sent home on a slow day. Commission on the revenue you produce, plus performance bonuses $1,000 signing bonus paid at 90 days, $1,500 with backflow certification Take-home company van, fuel card, uniforms, all major and power tools provided Monthly cell phone reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off On-call one week out of three. $100 callout bonus for every call you run after hours, plus revenue bonus on top. Want extra on-call nights? They're yours, but never required. Weekly training, Friday team breakfasts, and a small crew where the owners know your name What you'll do Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, excavation Perform backflow testing and repair if certified Diagnose the problem, give the customer honest options, and do it right the first time Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan, keep your van stocked and clean Take your turn on the on-call rotation and respond fast when it's your week What we need Active Louisiana journeyman plumber license (required) 3+ years of service plumbing experience Backflow certification a big plus (that's the $1,500 bonus) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good with customers, shows up on time, takes pride in the work We're a 24/7 emergency plumbing company serving Lafayette and Acadiana. #J-18808-Ljbffr
