Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Engineering preferred), with 3+ years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience for this position will be:- Understand and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment.- Developing, managing, and executing training plans for technical teams.- Structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, MBPS, or Six Sigma.- Lead and work within high-performing teams.- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the manufacturing floor and work compressed work-week schedules as needed.Preferred Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in any of the following:Substrate, assembly, packaging, or silicon process development or manufacturing.Equipment qualification and maintenance processes.Factory operation systems, factory physics.Leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results.Previous experience managing teams in a manufacturing or technical environment.Drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve factory performance, optimize operational efficiency, enhance workforce effectiveness, and enable data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.Job Type:Experienced HireShift:Shift 6 (United States of America)Primary Location: US, Arizona, PhoenixAdditional Locations:Business group:Intel makes possible the most amazing experiences of the future.
