Clinicians will benefit from extensive resources and support from a global organization, enabling them to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to new practice initiatives.Practice InfoPractice medicine autonomously in an ambulatory setting partnering with primary carePart of a national health care organizationResponsibilitiesPerforms physical assessments on patients with specialized conditionsDevelop and implement a plan of care for these patients, as well as prescribe medications, exercises and/or other treatmentsCollaborates with the clinical and administrative teams in the management of patient careMaintaining continuity of care through the exchange of information with outside health and social agenciesServes as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists related to patient careTeaches and counsels individuals and groups with regard to specific health care needsServes as an educator in areas of specializationParticipates in the development of health education programsCompensationCompensation for this specialty generally ranges from $457,500 - $931,500Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the roleBenefitsComprehensive benefits packageIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase401k contributionRequirementsGraduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic MedicineBoard Certified or Board Certified Eligible in OrthopedicsCurrent active Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulationsCurrent active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulationsAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
