We're seeking reliable and mechanically inclined Assemblers to join our production team in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience who are looking to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Work on an assembly line to meet daily production goals.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience .
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Blueprint or schematic reading
• Quality inspection
• Lean manufacturing or 5S practices

Available Shifts

Day Shift

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Swing Shift

Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
