Team Member Benefits Part-time team member positions with consistent schedules Average pay rate of $18.00 upon completion of training Company paid Lifeguard and CPR certifications (completed on-site) Clear career path with opportunities for growth into leadership Fun team events, contests, and celebrations Team Member Requirements Previous swimming experience not required Positive attitude and enjoys having fun Must complete a background check upon offer Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods Ability to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week Must be willing to work at least one weekend day We look forward to hearing from you!
