As a Weekend Field Nurse, you will conduct participant assessments and provide essential nursing care including wound care and health assessments. The role requires regular field visits, effective communication with primary care providers, and documentation of interactions. You will adapt to changing workloads while ensuring participant-centered care.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification by AHA or willing to obtain
• Must be fully vaccinated against communicable diseases: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19, and Hepatitis B
• State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
• Must have reliable transportation, current valid Michigan driver''s license and car insurance
