Competitive Pay: $20.00

Flexible Schedule: Compressed 3–4 day workweek with built-in days off

Shifts Available:

• Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Enjoy more days off while working full-time hours!

• Operate cutting-edge automated and robotic production equipment
• Work hands-on with semiconductor fabrication tools (wafer & panel processing)
• Load materials, monitor production, and ensure quality output
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Keep production running smoothly while meeting performance goals

• 1+ year of recent machine operation experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stay focused and productive during 12-hour shifts
• Cleanroom experience? That’s a big plus!

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with PPE

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
