Cycle Counter – Semiconductor Manufacturing

Join a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing team in Taylor, TX as a Cycle Counter . You’ll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and strengthening supply chain operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and basic math skills
• Experience with inventory systems; SAP preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and regularly squat, sit, stand, walk, and reach

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Location: Taylor, TX - training provided in Georgetown
What You’ll Do

• Conduct inventory counts, audits, and annual full-physical inventories
• Use SAP, Oracle, barcode scanners, and other inventory tools
• Reconcile stock, investigate discrepancies, and analyze variances
• Document counts and adjustments accurately
• Partner with warehouse, purchasing, production, and finance teams
• Identify process improvements that increase inventory accuracy and reliability
