Sea Mar Community Health Centers is looking for an AmeriCorps Service Member - Patient Health Navigator to assist patients in accessing essential health services. This full-time volunteer role offers a living allowance, training opportunities, and a chance to make a difference in the community. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, navigating patients through health system barriers, and participating in community health projects.
