Community Health Center, Inc. in Middletown, CT seeks an AmeriCorps Member – Center for Key Populations (CKP) Health Navigator. The role supports CKP across Middletown, Meriden, New Britain and New London with a Mobile Health Unit and related programs. The position is a one-year term with a 33-hour workweek minimum, culminating in an education award upon successful completion.
