Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, onsite role responsible for supporting customers throughout the service process. Daily tasks include answering phone calls and digital inquiries, scheduling appointments, confirming service details, and providing clear information about services and timelines. The role involves coordinating with field technicians, updating customer records, and documenting interactions in company systems. The Customer Service Specialist also follows up on completed jobs to ensure satisfaction, collections, billing, handles basic issue resolution or escalation, and maintains a courteous, professional tone in all communications. This role is pivitol in the success of the team and will report directly to ownership and will have upward mobility for the right person. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication and professionalism. Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through attentive listening and problem-solving. Excellent Phone Etiquette and confidence handling high call volumes or multiple channels (phone, email, chat). Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools. Organizational skills for managing schedules, documenting interactions, and coordinating with technicians and internal teams. Previous experience in customer service, call center, home services, or trades-related industries is beneficial.
